the property only on weekly basis.
- Min Reservations - during some period of time the
guests can reserve rooms for less than a week.
- Minim Reservation Days - What is the least number
of days that the guests can reserve a room.
- Add New Room Type button - allows innkeepers to add
a new row on the same page for the new data to be entered.
- Add new room type - button - a new room type is added
that has the following caracteristics.
- Room Type - room type description,
- No of Rooms, - the number of the rooms of that type
offered on line
- High Season Week Rate- the high season rate per day
for that room
- High Season Weekend Rates-the high season wekend
rate per day
- Low Season-Week Rate - the price of that room in
low season during the week per day
- Low Season-Weekend Rate - the price of that room
in low season per day during the weekend.
- Weekly Rate- weekly rate for that room (rate for
7 days of staying)
- Delete this row button -allow the innkeepers to delete
the offer of one of the rooms that are offered on line.
- High Season- Start Date -The date that the High seasons
starts.
- High Season- End Date - End of the high seazon period.
- Low Season- Start Date - Start date of the low season
- Low Season- End Date - End date of the end of season.
- Weekly- Start Date- starting at this date the tourist
can make only weekly reservations(Usually during the High Season).
- Weekly- End Date-The end date that that tourist can
make only weekly reservations.
- Property Description: -A detailed description of
the property
- Cancelation Policy:- The time that the tourist should
pay if he make a cancelation under this period of time
- Free Cancelation: Cancelation period that the tourist
get all money back.
- Garantee Policy:-for ex if the user pay on line using
the credit card the room is reserved.
- Max Child Age - Maximum age of a child that can stay
withouth paying.
- Max Child Per Room - Maximum number of children allowed
per room withouth extra charge.
- Extra Bed Rate - How much the tourist should pay
for an extra bed in the room.
- Go To Admin Page... button -Return to the main page
of the user
- Save button -Save the data in the database.This informations
will be available to all tourists to be seen.
