All Reservations

    		  
     

    This report shows all reservations for an innkeeper old and new. The report offer the followint data:

    1. Reservation ID - the reservation nomber
    2. Tourist Name - First Name and Last Name
    3. Date of Birth -The tourist date of birth
    4. Email - the tourist email.
    5. New - a flag that shows if the tourist is a new tourist
    6. Address - Street Number City, Province, Postal Code Country
    7. Phone- Phone Number This field allows multiple phone numbers
    8. Special Request -Special request of the customer such as smoking or non smoking, pets allowed s.a.m.d.
    9. From Date - Starting reservation date
    10. To Date -end date of the reservation for that specific room type
    11. Room Type - The room type that the tourist has choosen.
    12. No of Rooms - How many room the tourist has booked.
    13. Total Price- The price that the tourist has paid or will pay for that room.
    14. Go to Home Page- Return to the main page of the innkeeper.
    15. Mark all New Reservations as View- button - The tourists inquiry that have been processed and seen on this page will be marked as old and the NEW flag will dissapear the next time this report is requested
    16. Print - Print the page wil all information about the tourist.
